Plastic Characteristics
Most plastics are light, chemically stable, rust-free and impact-resistant, have good transparency and wear resistance, and some plastic products have good insulation and low thermal conductivity. At the same time, the processing cost of plastics having good moldability and low colorability.
However, most of the plastics have poor heat resistance, large thermal expansion rate, easy burning, some dimensional stability, and are easily deformed. There are also many plastics that are poor in low temperature resistance, making them brittle at low temperatures, resulting in aging.
